Introduction to Part 4

Most of a human life can be described as a collection of recurring loops. Generally, we experience the same kinds of things in roughly the same ways, repeatedly. This is true for positive as well as negative loops.

This part of the Introspective Writing Course is about learning to tend for our “garden of loops” in a deliberate way.

In a well cultivated garden, you uproot the patterns that don’t serve you and you cultivate habits and rituals that serve you and enrich your life.
