Part 1: Clarity · Lesson 6 of 38
How to Move Forward
Congratulations, you’ve arrived at the end of Part 1 of this course.
At this point, you have gotten a first impression of the very basic principles of Introspective Writing. It’s now time for you to make a decision:
→ Move forward with the next lessons.
OR:
→ Practice the basics for a few days.
Keep Practicing If:
Are you new to this kind of writing practice? Can you feel that just doing some expressive writing, getting into the flow and practicing self honesty is already moving a lot in you? Does it feel like now that you’ve started, there’s all kinds of stuff bubbling up in your mind that wants to be expressed and explored?
If that’s the case, I recommend that you just stick to the basics and do 3-5 days of daily Evening Pages.
See how you feel after that. Once you feel ready to add more writing tools and dive deeper, move on to Part 2.
Move to Part 2 If:
Have you already done some forms of writing and journaling before? Are you already used to getting into a writing flow and cultivating self honesty?
If that’s the case, you’re ready to move to the next lessons right away.
Remember: you can still do the Evening Pages practice and simply follow the writing exercises in the following lessons. You can do this at a rate of one a day or any other rate that feels good to you.
