Opportunity

Notes:

• This can be difficult to consider, especially when things go really poorly.
• If you break your arm and someone goes “see the bright side, maybe there’s opportunity in this!” it’s understandable to reply with “fuck off”. I’m the one who got kicked in the teeth by life, after all.
• However, it is worth asking: is there possibly opportunity in this?
• It doesn’t mean denial about what’s bad about the current situation to acknowledge there could be opportunity in it.
• In my example: 
  • Learn to better delegate?
  • Study more about movement, mobility and rehab?
