Writing Exercise
Starting point: something you dislike in yourself, something you struggle with, some form of emotional pain.
Inquiry
- Describe the thing in detail.
- How does it feel? How does it make you feel that you have this trait or this pain?
- Why does it make you feel like this?
- What else is there?
Acceptance
- Accept the present truth, as it is.
- Accept the feelings you are feeling, right now.
- Accept your resistance, your judgement - accept the meta feelings.
